Flow Thru Battens
Tile Battens by Quarrix Building Products are designed to allow moisture drainage and air movement under tiles. Replacing traditional cedar or redwood batten strips, Tile Battens provide long-lasting stability for the placement, and a secure foundation, during the installation process. Installation is quick and easy because Tile Battens unique design eliminates the need for lath and battens (counter batten) applications and is easier to apply than traditional battens. Quarrix's Tile Battens can be attached to the deck using a coil nail or staple gun and come in lightweight, 8-foot fold-out pieces that are easy to handle.
